Welcome to Bulk Scanner for QR Code and Barcode ("Application"), a mobile application designed for high-speed, batch scanning of QR codes and barcodes. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Liang Jie ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Application.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Application and must discontinue use immediately.

1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application on a mobile device owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the usage rules set forth by Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Application, including its source code, databases, functionality, software, UI designs, audio, video, text, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein ("Marks") are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Application or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for any data, text, or content generated, saved, or exported via the Application. You agree not to use the Application to:

• Scan or distribute illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious links or codes.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Application.

4. Data Storage and Disclaimers

The Application processes and stores all scanned data, logs, and codes locally on your device. We do not maintain any cloud storage, server-side backups, or synchronization services for your scanned data.

• Data Loss Risk: You acknowledge and agree that uninstalling the Application, clear-formatting your device, or experiencing device hardware/software failure may result in the permanent loss of all your local scan history. We are not responsible or liable for any loss of data or scan history.
• Data Export: It is your sole responsibility to export and back up your scan data using the export functionality provided within the Application.

5. Future In-App Purchases and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

The Application may offer premium features through in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions.

• All payments, billing, and renewals are handled securely by Apple Inc. via the App Store.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period within your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are managed exclusively by Apple, and you must request refunds directly through Apple's support channels.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Application's bulk scanning functionality, code recognition capability, or the content of any websites linked via scanned codes.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Application are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
